According to the "Guiding Opinions on Reengineering the Approval Process of Investment Construction Projects" issued by the General Office of the Provincial Government, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hebei Province has studied and formulated the "Work Plan for reengineering the approval process of planning Permission, construction permission, Completion acceptance of investment construction Projects in the Province", which is hereby issued.
The reengineering of the approval process of investment construction projects is a key reform task determined by the provincial government, and all units are requested to attach great importance to it, earnestly implement it, and give feedback according to the reform requirements and time nodes.
