3. Assist the owner to put forward engineering design requirements, organize the review of engineering design schemes, organize the bidding for engineering survey and design, sign the survey and design contract and supervise the implementation, organize the design unit to optimize engineering design and compare technical and economic schemes, so as to provide the basis for the owner to make decisions. Investment, schedule, quality control and coordination management are carried out in the whole process of engineering investigation and design.
4. Assist the owner in organizing bidding for engineering construction, equipment and materials procurement;
5. Assist the owner to sign contracts with the general contractor of the project or the construction enterprise and the supply of building materials, equipment and components, and supervise the implementation;
6. Assist the owner to put forward the project implementation fund plan, carry out the project completion settlement and project final accounts, and deal with project claims;
7. the whole process of the construction stage supervision, quality and safety management of the project, to ensure the smooth construction of the project and achieve the predetermined objectives; Organize completion acceptance and transfer completion files to the owner;
8. production trial operation and engineering warranty period management, organize post-project evaluation;
9. Other work agreed in the project management contract, etc.
